SHIPPING POLICY

At M & K Candy Glam Studio, we strive to provide prompt and reliable shipping. All orders are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier used. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your items. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
